  • Any charges payable under this Agreement are exclusive of any applicable taxes and such shall be payable by the Client in addition to all other charges payable.
  • Mediacle Limited can suspend or terminate the services rendered if the Client fails to make a payment or is late.

All the images, logos, text, software code and graphics are owned by the Mediacle Limited. Any use of these proprietary properties without prior consent from us, is considered as an infringement of rights. Legal action may be taken upon notice of such acts.
